More than half a century ... incredible years bringing innovations or refining old ideas ...

And it was so, since 1948, when MONARK Indústria e Comércio Ltda was established in the district of Bela Vista in São Paulo that the proposition was no different – to ensure that products are of your liking and to their full pleasure.
Initially an importer and assembler, the company Bicicletas Monark S.A. (our corporate name since 1962) became a manufacturer of bicycles.

We acquired new areas of production, until in 1951 we definitively established our production facilities in Chácara San Antonio, also in Sao Paulo.

Upgraded facilities brought a higher technology to our production lines and improved our human resources. The result is clearly visible: acquisition of certificates of quality, improvements in the workplace as well as products with greater security, and the most modern products that symbolizes the trends in the market.
