GranKefir Probiotic, what is it?

GranKefir is a unique intelligent supplement with high biological value, both qualitatively and quantitatively (in terms of microorganisms). Grankefir is a fermented product rich in probiotic microorganisms, natural antibiotics, polysaccharides, vitamins, minerals, essential amino acids, biotin and organic acids. Among the vitamins are
B1, B2, K, and folic acid. During the GranKefir fermentation process, the milk proteins are broken down into their respective amino acids, making them bioavailable. GranKefir IS NOT A MEDICINE, but a food supplement of ancient origin. It can therefore be taken freely or as advised by a doctor or nutritionist.

How should it be taken?
It should preferably be taken before breakfast or before going to bed (two measures) and is intended for all audiences: the elderly, people who take part in physical activity, people with low immunity (who often get the flu, chemotherapy and radiotherapy patients, autistic people of any age, including children, people who are taking or have taken antibiotics, etc.).
