Casul Peanuts

Crude peanut oil is a natural product obtained by pressing Runner peanut kernels before undergoing any refining process. It has a golden-yellow color and the characteristic aroma and flavor of the oilseed, preserving its original properties. It is rich in unsaturated fatty acids, especially oleic and linoleic acids, and contains vitamin E and natural antioxidants. Because it is unrefined, it retains traces of proteins and phospholipids, making it ideal as a raw material for refineries, food, pharmaceutical, cosmetics, and biodiesel industries.
