Introduction: The nitrogen generator is based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption and uses carbon molecular sieve as an adsorbent to produce nitrogen from the air at rated pressure. After the compressed pressure of purification and drying, pressure adsorption and pressure reduction desorption are carried out during adsorption. Due to the aerodynamic effect, the diffusion rate of oxygen in the micropores of the carbon molecular sieve is much greater than that of nitrogen. Oxygen is preferentially adsorbed by the carbon molecular sieve, and nitrogen is enriched in the gas phase to form finished nitrogen. After that, after reducing the pressure to normal pressure, the adsorbent desorbs the adsorbed oxygen and other impurities to achieve regeneration. Generally, two adsorption towers are set up in the system, one tower adsorbs and produces nitrogen, and the other tower desorbs and regenerates. The opening and closing of the pneumatic valve is controlled by the PLC program controller to make the two towers alternate to achieve the purpose of continuous production of high-quality nitrogen. The nitrogen flow, pressure, and purity are adjustable and continuously displayed, allowing for unattended operation. (5) Wide range of applications: Protective gas for metal heat treatment processes, gas for chemical industry production and nitrogen filling and purification of various storage tanks and pipelines, gas for the production of rubber and plastic products, oxygen removal and fresh-keeping packaging in the food industry, purification and covering gas in the beverage industry, nitrogen filling and oxygen removal for nitrogen-filled packaging and containers in the pharmaceutical industry, and protective gas for electronic components and semiconductor production processes in the electronics industry.
