A rotary airlock displaces bulk solids from one container or atmosphere to another while minimizing pressure loss between them. In pneumatic conveying systems, rotary airlocks are used to load bulk solids into the system or remove them from collection equipment at the end of the system, such as a cyclone separator or dust collector. Pneumatic systems use a high-pressure fan or blower to impart velocity to the air through a defined ducting loop, conveying bulk solids into the system. A rotary feeder is also known as a rotary bag feeder or airlock. The typical rotary feeder structure (as shown in the figure to the right) consists of a rotor with multiple blades in a C-shaped configuration. Material is fed by weight from the hopper onto a sleeve between the top blades, where it is then fed by the blades into the rotating lower section. Isobaric snif jaws are located on the side of the housing to sniff out the high-pressure air from the rotor's rotation, reducing ALR and HT material and facilitating material transfer. The upper and lower flanges of the GR' standard rotary feeder are rounded. For special adapters required by customers, such as square and rectangular, the tlangejoiningup can be determined individually, but the thickness of the flange is according to the standards specified by our company.
