The TZJK slurry pump is a new generation of slurry pumps, jointly developed by Tsinghua University, China University of Mining and Technology, and the United States, specifically designed for mineral processing applications. Its impeller profile utilizes the internationally advanced solid-liquid two-phase flow velocity ratio theory, resulting in excellent wear resistance and high efficiency. The pump body is available in a variety of materials, including high-chromium alloy, ceramic, and ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, to meet diverse high-wear and high-corrosion conditions. The pumps are available in various configurations, including horizontal double-case, horizontal single-case, and vertical single-case pumps. Impeller types include closed, open, and semi-open impellers. The overall structural design fully considers ease of on-site maintenance and ease of maintenance.
