The core is a new type of drop-shaped core with full bevel joints. The cross section of the core column is a multi-step circular cross section, and the cross section of the yoke iron is equal to that of the core. ■ Winding The winding adopts a corrugated oil channel, does not need to be painted, and is tied with a compression belt. All windings are concentric coils: the high-voltage winding is equipped with taps corresponding to the tap voltage requirements and leads to the tap switch. The tap switch is installed on the box cover, and the power must be cut off before switching the tap voltage. ■ Safety protection device Transformers from 30kVA to 2000kVA are equipped with pressure relief valves. Gas relays with alarm and trip terminals can be installed according to user requirements. ■ Oil temperature measurement device All transformers are equipped with glass thermometer tube holders, which are set on the top of the oil tank and extend into the oil 120±10mm. 1000 to 2000KVA transformers are equipped with outdoor signal thermometers. ■ Transformer oil tank The transformer oil tank adopts a corrugated wall structure, and the surface is treated with dust-proof spraying to ensure that the paint film is firm.
