Hydraulic Press Renovation & Modernization by TITAN
Give your existing press a second life. TITAN upgrades brick, block, tile, paver, briquetting, refractory, and powder-compaction presses—from compact units to 1,000+ tf production machines—so they run faster, cleaner, safer, and more efficiently than when they left the factory.

What we renovate
Press mechanics: frame inspection and stress checks, slide/guide refurbishment, column and tie-rod checks, new wear plates and bushings.

Hydraulic system (HPU): replacement or redesign of pump groups (fixed/variable/servo), new manifolds with proportional control, DIN/ISO pipework, hoses, accumulators, valves, and relief circuits.

Cylinders & sealing: rod resurfacing, honed barrels, premium sealing systems, upgraded rod coatings, new position sensors.

Controls & electrics: PLC/HMI upgrades (recipe library, diagnostics), magnetostrictive linear transducers, precision pressure feedback, smart I/O, soft-start and energy-saving modes.
