Irgovel is the only rice lecithin manufacturer in Latin America. Produced after degumming rice oil, it is a GMO-free and allergen-free product with growing demand in the food market, especially in organic, light, diet, and children's products. Due to its emulsifying properties, it is widely used in the production of pasta, cookies, chocolates, chocolate drinks, confectionery, dairy products, and powdered milk. Its composition includes phospholipids, phosphatides, and natural antioxidants from rice oil.
