Description
The DW38CNC series high-speed fully automatic pipe bending machine is a new product independently developed by our company based on the introduction of advanced Italian technology. It is controlled by a PLC and driven by a Mitsubishi servo motor from Japan. It features a human-machine interface, and all electrical and hydraulic components are imported from abroad. The equipment program is controlled by a Mitsubishi PLC, while the feeding and rotation axes are controlled and driven by servo motors and servo drivers. The machine's movement speed uses "arc" acceleration and deceleration technology, with at least 8 levels of speed control for each axis. The PLC system has strong memory, stable performance, and is easy to operate; no professional technicians are required to operate the machine. Flexible selection is available for manual/automatic operation, with/without core threading, half-cycle/full-cycle operation, without/with auxiliary push, and single/linked auxiliary push. It can automatically bend, automatically feed, and automatically tilt, and manual control of pipe bending is also possible. Featuring a slow core retraction function, the retraction time after core insertion is programmed to avoid protrusions in the tube appearance caused by a fixed core insertion position, thus improving the appearance quality of the tube fittings. Manual and automatic error detection indicators display all abnormal information and indicate the appropriate handling method to prevent damage to the machine due to human error. The equipment can also be set to the feeding position, safety position, wheel mold interference position, and guide mold interference position, and has program and mechanical limit stop protection functions. All signal lines are shielded to prevent signal interference from affecting program operation. The machine operates very stably, with a significantly reduced failure rate. The foot switch has three functions: automatic start, emergency stop, and emergency stop continuation, ensuring high safety, especially suitable for bending precision requirements and irregularly shaped materials, making it an ideal device for tube processing. When the machine malfunctions, the touch screen automatically detects the error and the corresponding troubleshooting method, shortening repair time. The main body of the machine bed is sky blue, while moving and dangerous parts are yellow. Moving parts are equipped with safety protection facilities and emergency stop devices. The electrical system is located within the machine bed and is equipped with cooling fans. Installation specifications for each instrument, facilitating observation, inspection, and adjustment.
