KUMAR ENGINEERS (INDIA) Established in 1995, we have developed into one of the leading and professional fastener manufacturer and exporter in India. In 20 years with an independent family business,we set ground-breaking standards worldwide.We are supplying quality fasteners to our customers with our best services from inception. The KUMAR ENGINEERS (INDIA) is a great international reality in the market of high quality fastener production and trade, with a major role in India & Europe.We are one of the important manufacturer in the fastener industry world-wide which have certification like CE as per EUROPEAN CONSTRUCTION PRODUCT REGULATION: 305/2011/EU , ISI Certification , ISO/TS 16949:2009 Certification , EN ISO 9001:2008 certification & many more International and Domestic certificates and approvals. We manufacture the fasteners which meet International standards i.e. DIN, ASTM, ISO, IS & BS etc in grade Mild-steel (4.6 / 5.6 / 6.8)&Hi-tensile (Grade 8.8, 10.9&12.9). We employs more than 20 people in our group which include engineers, technology experts and plating engineers & skilled labour. We have production capacity of 35 MT per day & have about 65 machines of cold forging and hot forging in our company which help us to manufacture fasteners from Dia sizes 3mm to 64mm, upto length from12mmto 400mm. Our cold forging production line includes NATIONAL (USA) boltmakers, PELTZER & EHLERS (Germany) progressive 4 die headers and many more international branded machines. In our hot forging production line includes 2" Waterbury (USA) Upsetter which help us to maintain quality fasteners. Our In-house laboratory equipped with Spectromaxx Machine from Germany ( FOR CHEMICAL ANALYSIS), Torque testing&,Axial Load Testing Machine , Surface&Profile Measuring Tester , 60MT Universal testing machine, Impact testing machine, Hardener tester, GAUGES, SALTSPRAY CHAMBER (IMPORTED FROM TAIWAN), ELCO METER- Plating Thickness Tester etc. We have in-house heat treatment plant and plating plant which include hot dip Galvanize, Cadmium, Electro -Galvanize-Golden/Zinc/Green plated, Mechanical Galvanize & Phosphate in black and many more.
