Bralyx – Poleto & Partners was founded in 1993, as a continuance of its partners’ other businesses in the food industry, where they operate since 1984. Initially created to operate as a commercial representative and distributor of food industry machinery imported from Italy, the company expanded its activities and today it also produces and exports machinery to the United States, Europe and Asia.

Bralyx - Poleto & Partners has a strong presence in the food industry machinery market, and is a pioneer in introducing the following (among others) in Brazil:

• Automatic and industrial lines for producing pasta, pizzas and ready-to-eat meals, its customers include all major manufacturers of such products, to whom the company also provides technical support and replacement parts, and ongoing sales.

• Small-sized pasta machinery designed for the production of fresh pasta. The major rotisseries and restaurant businesses, small factories of fresh pasta and ready-to-eat meals use equipment imported and supplied by Bralyx – Poleto & Partners.

• A line of Brazilian machines manufactured by Bralyx – Poleto & Partners designed for producing sweets and finger foods.

Initially imported, these machines have been developed based on the vast expertise achieved by our technicians, who together with our foreign supplier’s technicians, started with large and expensive machines to develop small, large production and cost-effective units. This led to solutions that popularized access to this equipment, due to its low cost, high output and cutting-edge technology. In the past few years, as a result of our research and innovation, many product enhancement and patent applications related to the production of filled-sweets and finger foods were requested, which proves the company’s pioneering trends.
