The production of rubber rollers is divided into four processes: gel, roller shell treatment, package glue, vulcanization.
Rubber mixing removes large particles and some impurities that are not dispersed during mixing.
Roller shell treatment increases the surface area of the roller shell, and increases the contact strength between the roller shell and the base glue.
Depending on the environment and function of the roller, the coating can be made of one-layer structure, two-layer structure or three-layer structure (different levels of rubber have different properties).
Vulcanization time varies from ten to sixty or seventy hours depending on the size of the roller and the properties of the glue.
Roller machining: Vulcanized rollers need to be turned, milled, drilled, slotted and other processes according to the function of use, and then the appearance check and dynamic balance test. It can only be delivered to the customer after it has been fully qualified for use.
