The outer shell cover can be rotated more than 90°, allowing the drum to be fully exposed and the bottom of the drum to be touched, facilitating easy cleaning and filter cloth replacement. 4. The transmission part adopts a fully enclosed belt cover and motor cover, and is equipped with a gas exchange port to prevent dust pollution caused by belt wear. Working principle: The motor starts smoothly through frequency control and drives the drum through the transmission system, causing the drum to rotate at high speed around its own axis, forming a centrifugal force field. The feeding speed, washing speed, and dewatering speed can be selected within a certain speed range (rated speed). Under the action of centrifugal force, the material is evenly distributed on the drum for dewatering and separation. The liquid phase passes through the gaps in the filter bags, through the wall holes of the drum, into the cavity of the machine casing, and is discharged from the liquid outlet of the casing. The solid phase material is retained in the drum, liquid is added through the feed pipe, and washing water is added through the washing pipe. Feed is added to dewater the material. After washing, the machine is stopped, the machine cover is opened, and the material is unloaded. In addition to opening the large cover, the centrifuge casing cover can also be fully opened. After separation and unloading are completed, the centrifuge drum and the inner dead space of the casing are cleaned in all directions.
