Fixed-position thermocouples in conventional kilns provide a useful but limited indication of kiln temperature; they do not reflect the true temperature experienced by the product during sintering. AIMUTUSI provides an effective solution to the difficult but necessary task of monitoring both product and kiln temperatures during normal operation. AIMUTUSI can be used for both continuous production processes (tunnel kilns, roller kilns) and also for intermittent or periodic kilns (shuttle kilns). AIMUTUSI consists of thermocouple temperature probes, data loggers (AIMUTUS), special insulation boxes (AIMU HB) and a large-scale model-based industrial kiln agent (AIMU-AI kiln Agent). This combination forms a stand-alone intelligent data acquisition system that can run with the kiln to monitor product and furnace temperatures without the need for trailing cables. The data logger (AIMUTUS) is designed for harsh industrial environments. Its electronics are protected by a rugged, waterproof machined stainless steel housing. Optional two-way radio telemetry enables real-time data analysis and remote resetting and downloading of data loggers. The monitoring system can run with the product through the kiln, recording temperatures through up to 20 thermocouples attached to the product or distributed in the load to obtain accurate temperature data. The system can be easily placed on the production line with the product, reducing interference and providing more accurate data on the actual temperature of the product or load. Developed specifically for the kiln industry, the AIMU Series Thermal Barrier (AIMU HB) is capable of long-term operation in the high temperature environment under the kiln car or inside the furnace. Made of high-grade stainless steel and nano-insulation materials, the AIMU Series Thermal Barrier uses evaporative water cooling technology to cool the data logger and protect it from mechanical damage and the high temperature environment in the ceramic kiln. The AIMU Industrial Kiln Agent (AIMU-AI kiln Agent), based on a large model, provides a sophisticated and powerful analytical tool that can be used as a quality inspection tool or an investigative diagnostic tool. In terms of quality inspection, it allows the current temperature characteristics to be compared with previously stored reference curves and target curves to detect operating anomalies. In terms of diagnostics, its innovative analytical technology helps to identify problems, optimize processes and reduce operating costs. The intelligent agent can provide the optimized operating parameters of the kiln based on the measured temperature data and professional knowledge of ceramic kilns.
