1) Panel design: The aluminum plate is made of 2.5mm thick aluminum veneer or 3mm thick aluminum veneer, and the surface is powder coated. Base material grade: 3003-H24. The aluminum corner code specification is L20*2mm, the length is 40mm, and the spacing is 300mm.

2) Keel design: The vertical keel is made of 100*50*4 hot-dip galvanized square steel pipe, and the horizontal keel is made of L40*4 hot-dip galvanized angle steel. The aluminum plate is fixed and connected with fixed distance angle aluminum nailing,

3) Node structure design:
(1) The main bone of the curtain wall and the main structure are connected by M12 stainless steel bolts, and the adverse effects of the construction error of the main structure are eliminated through three-dimensional adjustment;
(2) The beam is fixed on the vertical main keel by welding or hot-dip galvanized steel corner code, which has strong anti-bending and torsional resistance, and can meet the needs of large-grid curtain wall;
(3) After the frame installation is completed, the panel is installed, and the surface material is reliably connected with the aluminum alloy corner code, and then the aluminum alloy corner code is mechanically fixed through stainless steel screws;
(4) A 2mm thick insulating gasket is added between the aluminum alloy corner code and the steel keel, which can effectively prevent noise and electrostatic corrosion caused by hard contact between the two.

4) Construction sealant: has good adhesion, anti-climate change, anti-ultraviolet damage, anti-tearing and anti-aging properties. Choose high-modulus neutral adhesive, and the deformation capacity is not less than 25%.
