YD-22 hydraulic tamping machine is a new generation of products developed by our factory according to the experience of domestic and foreign customers in using tamping machines, using new materials and new technologies. The basic structure and principle still retain the advantages of the old-fashioned tamping machine, that is, the double guide pillar frame and the single cylinder lifting mode. At the same time, by increasing the tamping pickaxe depth and increasing the guide pillar stroke limiting device, the machine can not only work on the domestic type II and type III concrete sleeper lines, but also work on various concrete sleepers and steel sleeper lines abroad. The machine is made of 1435mm standard gauge and single-sided derailment frame, and its main technical performance is better than that of the old model. The machine is suitable for the tamping operation of various rails and concrete sleeper tracks after overhaul and ballast cleaning operations, and is also suitable for the tamping operation of new track bed. The machine has excellent performance, reasonable structure, reliable work and high work efficiency, which can meet the requirements of ballast tamping operation.
