Impregnated diamond drill bits, also known as synthetic diamond drill bits, are a widely used type of drill bit. Key technical parameters include diamond type, grit size, concentration and grade, matrix hardness, and lip tooth shape. Customers can select the appropriate diamond specification, concentration, and matrix hardness based on the hardness and abrasiveness of the rock formation being drilled. To prevent excessive wear on the inner and outer diameters of the drill bit, carbide inserts are placed along each outer water passage slope, and larger diamonds are used in both the inner and outer diameters.
