Made entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel, with the 1.5 mm plate trough and the sides in 2.5 mm sheet metal, cleaning is done by a rotating cylindrical brush with 1 mm nylon bristles to wash the sole and side of the boot.
To assist in cleaning, a liquid detergent container and a brush with a long handle are installed for each hygiene position.
The water/detergent or sanitizer dispensing system is already installed and is composed of:
01 Venturi detergent dispenser embedded in the tube;
01 IP 65 solenoid valve;
01 drawer record;
- stainless steel pipes and hoses.
The equipment is manually activated through an inductive sensor located next to the handrail that sends the signal to the gear motor and to the solenoid valve that releases the water flow, the entire electrical system is already interconnected and installed in a plastic box with IP 65 protection.
