Our 10kV dry-type, three-phase, off-circuit, voltage-regulating silicon steel laminated core distribution transformer is the result of our company's extensive exploration, research, and integration of advanced dry-type transformer technologies and processes. This product features advanced design and novel structure, and its key technical, economic, and performance indicators are at the international and domestic leading levels. Its structural features include a core constructed of high-quality cold-rolled, grain-oriented silicon steel sheets with 45° fully inclined stepped joints. The core surface is coated with a special resin to resist moisture and rust, effectively reducing no-load losses, no-load current, and noise. The core clamps utilize a unique domestically designed, pre-stressed, breathable, and clamped structure. The low-voltage winding utilizes semi-rigid oxygen-free copper wire or solid copper foil with Class F or H insulation. The high-voltage winding is vacuum-cast using epoxy resin, offering high mechanical strength, excellent insulation performance, and low partial discharge. The transformer is flame retardant, explosion-proof and moisture-proof, pollution-free, low loss, low noise, maintenance-free, simple to install and has low comprehensive operating costs.
