We are seeking HDPE PE100 pipe grade material equivalent to BorSafe HE3490-LS or a similar grade. The required quantity is 27 MT (full truck load) with the potential for regular monthly orders.

Material specifications:
Material: HDPE PE100 (pipe grade)
Form: regrind / regranulate / pellets
Colour: black
Density: approximately 960 kg/m³
MFI (190°C/5kg): approximately 0.2 – 0.3 g/10 min
MRS: 10.0 (PE100 standard)

Mechanical and performance requirements:
Suitable for pressure pipe extrusion.
High resistance to slow crack growth (FNCT preferred).
High resistance to rapid crack propagation.
Homogeneous material (no mixed polymers).

Important requirements:
Post-industrial material is preferred.
Material must be clean and free from contamination.
No mixed or downgraded material.
COA (Certificate of Analysis) is required, along with MFI and basic test results.
