We are interested in establishing a long-term supply agreement for bulk red kidney beans (Red Kidney Beans / Dark Red Kidney Beans). Our requirement is approximately 181.5 metric tons per week under a 12-month contract, with delivery on a CIF basis (Incoterms®️ 2020) to the Port of Acajutla, El Salvador.

We kindly request your quotation and detailed commercial proposal, including:

1. Price per metric ton based on quality specifications (Grade A, Grade B, Industrial Grade).
2. Product specifications, including origin, size, moisture content, defect tolerance, and crop year.
3. Payment terms, specifying accepted methods.
4. Delivery schedule and lead times, including loading port and shipment frequency.
5. Inspection terms, indicating whether third-party inspection is accepted at origin.
6. Packaging details (bulk or bagged, type of bags, weight per bag, containerization).
7. Certifications and export documentation, including but not limited to phytosanitary certificate, certificate of origin, quality certificate, and any applicable international standards.

Additionally, please indicate your capacity to sustain the requested weekly volume consistently throughout the contract period.
