We confirm our willingness to consider the purchase of chromite concentrate with the following characteristics: * Cr2O3 (chromium oxide): approx. 47.64% * Fe (iron): approx. 13.01% * Cr/Fe ratio: approx. 2.51:1 * SiO2 (silicon dioxide): approx. 4.56% * MgO (magnesium oxide): approx. 17.55% * CaO (calcium oxide): approx. 0.34% Our company is willing to formalize a long-term annual contract under the following preliminary terms: * Quantity: 20,000 – 30,000 metric tons monthly * Delivery terms: FOB * Payment terms: Irrevocable and transferable letter of credit (L/C) * Payment currency: US dollars (USD) Payment will be made against the following documents: * Commercial invoice * Packing list * Clean on Board bill of lading * Certificate of origin * Certificate of analysis (COA) issued by an independent inspection company The estimated quantity is 30,000 tons.
