The 3WPZ-3230 is a self-propelled boom sprayer designed for efficient large-scale farmland plant protection operations. It is suitable for pest and disease control and foliar fertilizer application in field crops such as wheat, corn, and soybeans. Equipped with a 220HP Weichai or Yuchai engine, it boasts ample power reserves. Combined with a 1-pump, 4-motor electro-hydraulic all-wheel-drive system and a 2-wheel steering design, it maintains strong traction and agile maneuverability in complex field environments such as muddy terrain and slopes, with a maximum speed of 48km/h. In terms of operational efficiency, the machine features a 3600L extra-large tank capacity, significantly reducing the frequency of pesticide application. It also features a 30m extra-long boom, employing a 5-stage valve for precise control and an intelligent spraying system to prevent over-spraying and under-spraying, ensuring even pesticide coverage and significantly increasing the area covered per shift. The cab is equipped with a domestically produced seat and armrest box, a heating and cooling air conditioning system, a 7-inch LCD display, and momentary boom controls for intuitive and convenient operation. The positive pressure chamber design further ensures operational safety. Furthermore, its 1400mm ground clearance allows it to operate in the field during the later stages of crop growth, reducing damage to crops; its 3980mm wheelbase and 2960-3800mm adjustable track, combined with large 320/90R46 tires, significantly improve driving stability and terrain adaptability. The machine has a net weight of 11800kg, a total height of 3600mm, and a total width of 3500mm. It is also equipped with a 660L diesel tank and a 110L hydraulic oil tank, providing ample power for long-term continuous operation.
