MCS flat springs are manufactured under order , made of continuous unidiretional fiberglass filament and food grade epoxy resin.
Several advantages are listed over their metal equivalents (notably the weight up to 80% less) with excellent mechanical and electrical properties and it is also inert to corrosion.
Custom manufactured in thicknesses starting from 0.75 mm (0.030 “) , with or without holes, are indicated for use in vibrating equipments and machines such as conveyor , feeders and any other equipments where vibration is required.
