Stainless steel MP (Mechanical Polishing) pipes typically refer to stainless steel pipes that have undergone mechanical polishing treatment. Mechanical polishing is the key process that distinguishes MP pipes from ordinary stainless steel pipes. Professional mechanical polishing equipment, such as polishing machines with different grits of polishing wheels or belts, is used. During polishing, the polishing wheels and other tools rub against the surface of the pipe at high speeds, gradually removing minor protrusions, scratches, and other imperfections from the surface of the pipe. Following a sequence from rough polishing to fine polishing, the surface smoothness of the pipe is progressively enhanced to achieve a mirror-like finish.
