【Applications】
(1) Catalysis for automobile and motorcycle exhaust purification - honeycomb ceramic carrier, metal honeycomb carrier; Three-way catalyst, TWC, DOC, DPF.
(2) Industrial organic waste gas purification and indoor air purification;
(3) Natural gas combustion catalysis.
(4) Fluid catalytic cracking in the refining industry.
The new Tederic rare earth-zirconium solid solution catalyst coating material has the following characteristics:
(1) High temperature anti-aging ability: Cerium oxide and zirconia solid solution are used as the matrix, doped with some additives (lanthanum oxide, yttrium oxide, praseodymium oxide, neodymium oxide, etc.) for element substitution, which improves the high temperature anti-aging ability of the product;
(2) Excellent oxygen storage and discharge capacity: the product has a high oxygen storage and discharge capacity, a faster oxygen storage and release speed and a lower ignition temperature
(3) Moderate particle size distribution: the median diameter of the control material is 2.5-3.5μm by using jet grinding and precision grading technology, and the particle size distribution is narrow, which improves the coating quality and reduces the shedding rate.
(4) Good product stability: advanced production technology and production equipment, standardized management, to ensure the stability of the product.
