Module range supports M0.3 (micro-precision gears) to M8, with unlimited tooth count (conventional reference 12-200 teeth, capable of designing with fewer than 8 teeth and non-integer gear ratios);

Standard pressure angle is 20°±1°, also customizable to 14.5°/15°/25°, with tooth surface contact area ≥85%;

Supports special tooth profiles such as modified teeth and crowned teeth, as well as non-standard structures such as shaft holes and keyways, fully matching customer-provided drawing requirements.

(2)Rich selection of materials and processes
Basic materials include S45C high-quality carbon structural steel, 304 stainless steel, aluminum alloy, copper alloy, nylon 66, etc., and high-strength materials such as 20CrMnTi carburized steel and 42CrMo quenched and tempered steel (grain size ≥6) can also be selected according to requirements;

3.Heat treatment processes
Includes quenching and tempering, high-frequency hardening, and nitriding. After nitriding, the tooth surface hardness is ≥HV900, and the deformation is ≤0.008mm. The hard scraping process suitable for HRC50+ materials can effectively correct deformation.

4.Comprehensive quality assurance system
Each batch of products is equipped with a ZEISS coordinate measuring machine 32-point full contour inspection report and a Kisssoft transmission error curve (peak-to-valley value ≤0.015mm); before shipment, products undergo meshing tests, runout tests, and hardness tests to ensure that they meet industrial-grade transmission load requirements.

How to ensure ±0.01mm tolerance without grinding machine?
Adopting the process of "KPS30 scraping machine to fine-tune the tooth surface + precision lathe to control the size + ZEISS coordinate real-time compensation", through the scraping depth of 0.05mm hard scraping technology, instead of the traditional grinding process, the measured tolerance is stabilized within ±0.01mm.

What is the minimum order quantity? How long is the sampling period?
Starting from 5 pieces, standard sampling period is 1-2 weeks, and can be compressed to 1 week for expediting (additional communication on process priority is required, except for hard material processing).

How do I verify that the gears meet ISO 5?
Each batch comes with:
① ZEISS CMM full profile 32-point inspection report;
② Kisssoft transmission error curve (≤0.015mm peak-to-valley value); ③ SGS and other third-party on-site witnessing tests are acceptable.
