1) Surface material
Made of 25mm or 30mm granite

2) Hot-dip galvanized steel skeleton
The column is made of 100*50*4 hot-dip galvanized square steel pipe, the beam is made of L50*4 hot-dip galvanized angle steel, M8*30 stainless steel bolts, and the aluminum alloy pendant is bolted to the beam. The stone is slotted up and down to achieve stone positioning, and epoxy resin AB glue is used for stone installation. The post-embedding plate is made of hot-dip galvanized steel plate. The columns are set according to the design needs, and the beams are arranged in length to improve stability. Angles are welded across the column or M6 stainless steel bolts for a reliable connection to the column. The stone slabs and beams are connected by aluminum alloy pendants. It can meet the requirements of temperature difference deformation and building plane deformation to the greatest extent.

3) Adapter
The adapter is made of 100*63*8 angle steel, and the surface is hot-dip galvanized to meet the anti-corrosion requirements; The angle steel and the main keel are connected by M12 stainless steel bolts, which are firmly and reliably connected, and a long hole is arranged on the adapter to meet the three-dimensional adjustment of space. The angle steel is welded with the post-embedding plate, and the thickness of the weld is not less than 6mm, and the three-level weld is welded.

4) Pendant
The pendant styles include T-shaped, butterfly-shaped, SE aluminum alloy pendant, back bolt type, etc.;
The stainless steel pendant is connected to the secondary keel, and the dry pendant has an oblong hole that adjusts back and forth, which can effectively ensure the flatness of the surface of the granite curtain wall;
The granite and stainless steel pendants are reliably bonded by modified epoxy adhesive, which has a fast curing speed (30min of initial setting) and a certain elasticity after curing;
The granite transmits its own weight to the stainless steel pendant through a rigid PVC cushion block with a thickness of not less than 3mm to avoid rigid contact;
The connection between the beam and the dry pendant is connected by M8 stainless steel bolts, which can bear large loads.

5) Sealing
Φ8 foam rod and stone special building sealant are used for effective sealing, which has high sealing performance;

6) Fire protection system
It is made of 200mm thick fireproof rock wool, 1.5mm thick galvanized steel plate, and the bulk density is 120Kg/m³ to meet the fire protection requirements.
