The L(P)D series bag-type top discharge centrifuge features a platform structure, shell, and plate welded together. The shell cover and main body utilize a flange quick-opening structure. The outer shell cover opening is assisted by a balance cylinder (spring). The outer shell cover includes a feed pipe, cleaning pipe, sight glass, observation light, and ventilation opening. External connection pipe nozzles use standard flanges. Discharge is achieved by opening the shell cover and using a cantilever crane to lift the filter bags from the drum for feeding. Working principle: The motor starts smoothly via frequency control, and the high-speed rotation of the drum creates a centrifugal force field. The feeding speed, washing speed, and deliquescing speed can be selected within a certain speed (rated speed). Under the action of the centrifugal force field, the material is evenly distributed on the drum for dehydration and separation. The liquid phase passes through the gaps in the filter bags, through the holes in the drum wall, into the cavity of the machine casing, and is discharged from the liquid outlet of the casing. The solid phase material is retained in the drum, liquid is added through the feed pipe, and washing water is added through the washing pipe. Feeding and washing can be controlled by special valves. After the material is dehydrated and washed, the machine is stopped, the cover is opened, and the filter bags containing solid material are removed from the drum using a cantilever crane for unloading. After unloading, the interior of the centrifuge can be thoroughly cleaned.
