The L(P)GZ series vertical scraper bottom discharge centrifuge is a type of centrifuge that can operate continuously or intermittently. It can be programmed according to application requirements to automatically complete processes such as feeding, separation, washing, dewatering, and discharging. It features remote DCS control, a high degree of automation, and a large processing capacity. It is suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspensions containing fine and medium-sized solid phases, and can also be used for solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials. Key features include: 1. Fully sealed structure with reliable sealing; nitrogen can be introduced into the centrifuge chamber, bearing housing, scraper chamber, and distributor chamber for protection, fully meeting sealing and explosion-proof requirements. 2. Double-modified PTFE lip seal and gas seal ensure reliable main shaft sealing. 3. Quick-opening clamshell structure with optional slant-plate material distribution device for more uniform material distribution. 4. Variable frequency start, PLC program control, energy braking, or feedback braking. 5. Multiple safety protections ensure stable and safe operation of the centrifuge, enabling unattended operation. 6. Optional DCS communication interface enables remote operation. 7.
