The L(P)LGZ series bagged centrifuges can be programmed according to user requirements to automatically complete processes such as feeding, washing, dehydration, and unloading, and can be remotely controlled. They feature a high degree of automation, large capacity, and are suitable for solid-liquid separation of suspensions containing fine and medium-sized solid phases, as well as solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials. For example, they can be used in the chemical industry (gypsum, ammonium sulfate, copper sulfate, potassium chloride, borax, dyes, resins, pesticides, etc.), the food industry (salt, monosodium glutamate, food additives, starch, sugar, seasonings), the pharmaceutical intermediate industry (antibiotics, vitamins), and the mineral and environmental protection industries. Key features include: 1. Fully sealed structure with reliable sealing; nitrogen can be introduced into the centrifuge chamber, bearing housing, scraper chamber, and distributor chamber for protection, fully meeting sealing and explosion-proof requirements. 2. Double-modified PTFE lip seal and gas seal ensure reliable main shaft sealing. 3. Quick-opening clamshell structure with optional inclined bucket product distribution device for more uniform product distribution. 4. Employs variable frequency start-up, PLC program control, and dynamic braking or feedback braking. 5. Multiple safety protections ensure stable and safe operation of the centrifuge, enabling unattended operation. 6. Optional DCS communication interface allows for remote operation. 7. Optional CIP system enables comprehensive cleaning inside the machine, preventing cross-contamination. 8. Remote diagnostic instrument port is retained. 9.
